Question 1: Does the Playset need to be concreted in?

Answer No. The playset is designed to be free standing on level ground. Anchoring pegs are supplied.


Question 2: Is this playcentre suitable for public playgrounds?

Answer No. It is for residential use only


Question 3: What is the warranty?

Answer All pressure treated timber is warranted to the original purchaser for 12 years against wood rot and insect damage. All non-pressure parts such as hardware, roped accessories, slides, tarps, and sandbox covers etc. carry a one-year warranty only. See the Owner Manual for full details of the warranty.


Question 4: Do I have to add preservative to the wood?

Answer No. This has been done in production. However, periodic application of an exterior water repellant will greatly reduce the weathering of wood surfaces.


Question 5:. What age range of children is recommended for this playcentre?

Answer From age 3 to 10 years


Question 6: What tools are required for assembly?

Answer Adult helper - Hammer, Level, Measuring Tape - Ratchet with ½", 7/16" and 3/8" sockets - Pilot holes for dowels  require: Power Drill with 1/8" drill bit (3" drill length) - No.2 Phillips Screwdriver.


Question 7: Do you recommend protective surfacing?

Answer YES. For protective surfacing such as woodchip quantities etc call the support line


Question 8: Are there any accessories to customise or make our own designs

Answer YES.  Baby Swings, Ramps, Glider Swings, Sandbox Covers, Clatter Bridge to join two forts together.
